TLC: is the learning company in need of Tender Loving Care? Show the company your love and a message about your opinion about their mediocre use of a billion dollar investment base by shorting the hell out of the stock. Sometimes love is not tender... TLC is another one of my favorite shorts. These guys have invested over a billion dollars into the business (you cannot see it because they take huge write offs every time they buy a business) and have been showing terrible results forever. featured recently at thestreet.com: archive.thestreet.com archive.thestreet.com also insiders just filled to unload 1/2 million shares, none of the proceeds will go to the company but to their pockets. i wonder why they want to sell if they think this is such a great company. I guess management thinks this a a great learning company: they learn how to waste investors' money, that is where the name comes from. partes.com
