waste of shareholders money and exposes HEB to more scrutiny a strategic error by Carter.

Ascencio has the public record on his side everything he said was available to the public to see. The lawsuit is empty and will blow up in HEB's face.

HEB would be better off just posting research data that shows efficacy of Ampligen ( there is no data) rather than fighting these sideshow battles of he said they said.
