BTW, the PRNewswire earnings release states that the original press release citing the Oct. 1 deadline was incorrect and that the letter of intent states Oct. 30 as the deadline. I appreciate CIST/Hal Smith clarifying that discrepancy. So, I anticipate seeing details anytime over the next few weeks. Rudy
