I'm really frustrated. The only think the market has going for it is extreme pessimism. Greenspan did not come through for us because that 1/4 point rate cut was half of what we needed. The DOW and NASDAQ are at least slowing their descent. The truth is we knew the economy was slowing a long time ago. We will get another rate cut(or two) but in the meantime the markets are going to be very volatile. TSIS and a few stocks in your portfolio may continue to show some strength but it would be so much nicer if they could rally in a strong market. Regards, Jeff
