When posters place slanderous lies on the board it is wrong. I hope I have addressed the issue to your satisfaction. Please read these posts (you might have to click back to see the posts) suite101.com RE BB's site and Jack: I got two notes saying that Jack's accusations are slander and the nice folks at brinker.com didn't want to deal with it. They were upset that I was allowing it to go on here. I do not approve or practice censorship, but I do believe what Jack has posted is slander and probably illegal so I have asked him in the UTEK thread to post proof or a retraction. IF JACK FAILS TO POST PROOF OR A RETRACTION, THEN I WILL ASK THE SUITE101.COM POWERS TO REMOVE HIS POSTING PRIVILAGES AS THIS IS A PRIVATE OPERATION. I do not want Bob Brinker or ABC to come after me or Suite101 for allowing slander and I do not want to be part of slandering the good name of a man I happen to respect and admire. I ask all on this thread to not respond to Jack until he posts proof or makes a full retraction for his slander. Jack - you are wasting my valuable time with this incident and I may decide it isn't worth the trouble to keep this free site going with all the time wasted keeping you in line... So you, Jack, would hurt many that have come to enjoy it here and even like most of your posts....Do you really want to eliminate your audience? Nobody said moderating a FREE website discussion forum was easy and not doing one is preferable to censorship, but I will try to keep mine going and not censor the members. Slandor and foul language are not allowed by the by-laws they agree to when they sign up to post and hopefully we have dealt with it. Come on Jack. You made some major claims about Bob Brinker that could be slanderous. Call the company and verify. Report your results including the person you talked to at IR (investor relations).
