ST, I really don't know what the downside is, I never expected to see sub $14. Here's a LT chart that shows lowest was $13 and it spiked up pretty good from there.

Hmmmmm, yes, I recall feeling this way when I bought PAIR (wink) last month at $13. Well, after picking up some more PAIR (wink) at 7 7/8ths today I feel the same way about PAIR (wink)
