I think that you mean oil storage is at a five year high. They are storing oil in Tankers at ports because they have no where to go with it. Gas in Dallas is 86 cents, WTI crude is $15. Brent is 10 bucks a barrell. Look in the paper. The rig count is at a 10 year low and it is October(tax drilling time).
