Much has been posted by some stating, although unverified, that the SEC is a participant in the AZNT lawsuit. Are they really participants in the AZNT lawsuit? How did the SEC motions go yesterday if they are participants? Your post sounds like a homerun for the company yesterday. yes it was a good day in court! andy mann retained lawyer for $20,000 in a no-win case. citibank said they just want to settle case as fast as they could. judge wanted to disgorge the 4.480,000 shares that day! andy mann lawyer presented documents for reveiw. judge continued case to friday at 2pm. friday we will see jb oxford hand over certificate of collateral for the 4 million shares of stock. spider
