The book value is 5.25. P/S, which is more useful is around 2. CS and COMS have smaller P/S. It is cheap if you give a take-over price( 8 times sales=40). However, your brother Eric won't sell it below 30,do you remember he said he would consider $100?, and I doubt anyone would offer 40 in this market condition. I would wait until inevitable class action law suits.
