Tom and Henry:

I agree with you both regarding the reason for the upturn yesterday. Whether you buy now or buy later, no matter how you look at it - it is a buy!

Ron

Henry, that is the $6 billion dollar question I guess. How long will this take to finally get settled. And that is the only reason I know not to load up or wait. The $1 to $1.50 price seems to have been quite stable over the last few months. A sinking price would, in my opinion, only come if the chances for a successful outcome where changed in any substantial way OR the timetable was clearly extended with new legal maneuvers from the state. With the legal options running out it would seem that it's now a guessing game as to WHEN more than WHAT the result will be in the big picture. And the inset to that picture is "just how much will the settlement be?".

Let's hope that the Michigan case sets a precedent in proportion to CCO. That will be quite a payday for all of us!
