brees, There was a case here recently. This cop was on duty, stopped by his home, had sex with his girlfriend in the hot tub, went back to work, and was fired. A cop is considered to be "on duty" 24 hours a day. Some police agencies actually require their officers to carry their issued handgun with them at all times. Consider the case of Bill Clinton. This guy could call a nuclear strike at any time. The codes for missle launch are never more than a room away from the guy. Does it not suggest that he is on duty 24 hours a day as well? He takes an "oath of office" when swearing in. I think his lying under oath is enough to get him impeached, and tried, and removed from office. -John
