Agreed and done. V1 on something moving this fast on big news, you should feel free to post the cover ASAP. I wasn't here to get your earlier email suggesting we cover ICOS at $17 7/8 until now. This definitely constituted creative financing on their part. However doing this as a 50:50 JV sure seems to be giving away a big chunk of the long term upside for this potential product, but also sure cuts their risk. Once again Rathmann comes through in the clinch. I too think that this will run up once the markets improve (if they improve).

From todays San Jose Mercury News:

How Tech Sectors fared for the past quarter:

Biotech -5.1%
Computers +5.2%
Disk Drives -25.2%
Internet -2.4%
Networking -28.5%
Semiconductors -13.5%
Software -14.4%
Telecom -3.3%
Nasdaq -10.6%
Dow -12.4%

Biotech doesn't look as bad as a lot of these sectors.
