Info to all: I just called Interquote at 414-273-5888. Apparently it is a Bridge problems again. Whomever I talked to wasn't very helpful and had no solutions except to say it should be ok soon! I asked if a rebate was going to be offered since the service had been so awful in September. He said to email one of the owners at dean@interquote.com. I hope some of you do this or call them, as it might get their attention. We pay too much to receive such inadequate service! KS
