Y2k may prove me wrong, but I see all the right ingredients getting lined up one by one, which will set Gold off.
It's not moving yet, this is nothing, and it may even pull back into the 280's?
I think one major factor at the moment is that hedge funds are short big time and can't cover. Gold is being capped by a few 1000 comex futures sales a day, to keep the funds from sustaining massive losses on their 4000/8000 tonnes (who really knows) OTC short positions.
CB's may also be wondering right now whether they'll get their leased Gold back.
Im waiting for a 10. + move which may actually panic the hedge fund creditors and force position liquidations.
That would get the ball rolling, real fast..... Meanwhile, patience.....
