Perhaps you might take the matter up with him. I will only note that Mr. Bush sat on the Bosnian matter for a number of years, not wanting to touch it before the elections. Perhaps action early on might have saved many lives, just as action on the S&L failures early on would have saved us all a lot of money. To blame Clinton for the same kind of delays, when he's under fire politically on all sides for things not much related to acting as President, is odd. Again, perhaps you can take up the matter with Mr. Lacelle, and form a consensus on the proper manner to smear Clinton on this. Or perhaps, in the interest of fairness, you two would prefer to attack him from both sides of the issue.
