If IAS can not produce a 6,400,000 baud modem when SEC demands it during their investigation, Johnson and others are in serious trouble. Was not this modem to be operational for the July 96 DWM demonstration. They canceled the demo because all of the patents were not in place. So they claim. Now I am informed that the modem is almost operational in a few months. Am I confused or what? Now you tell me they can not even show a private demonstration. Their PR stinks. Johnson needs to come out with a formal press release.
