Friday announced that it has executed a deal memo to acquire National Paintball Supply Co. Inc., the world's largest distributor of Paintball guns, paint, gear and related accessories. And what in the hell has happened in the past 4 months? NPSC projected sales for 1998 are $20.9 million, gross profit is $4.18 million and net (after tax) income is $1,049,428; 1999 projected sales are $28.5 million, gross profit is $5.7 million and net (after tax) income is $1,607,375; for 2000, projected sales are $35.5 million, gross profit is $7.1 million, and net (after tax) income is $2,104,599. And who in the hell is doing the projecting? These figures are based on certain forward-looking assumptions. Wouldn't you LOVE to see what these assumptions are? Analysts predict that the Paintball-gaming industry will grow an estimated 25 percent annually for the next few years. And who are these Paintball analysts? Got any names? Management believes that by merging with Tridon and becoming a public company, NPSC will be able to move quickly to make the strategic acquisitions necessary to make it the dominant force in the industry. How how long has Paul been saying this. The rollout of Hollywood hair keeps getting delayed and delayed. Makes ya wonder if it's ever going to happen!
