The European markets are down 4 to 6% with a few down even more and very few down less. Asia was not down as much as Europe is. US markets are down significantly two days in a row. Is this a buying opportunity?

re:retest? I think Bob would have preferred less volume on a retest, looks like a pretty active day. I wonder if we need to start putting up the sandbags to keep this sucker from blasting through 20% the way it did through 10%. I guess what ever happens in the short run the fed winds are now at our backs and the market seems like a buy and since many of us are fully invested if not over invested I guess there's not much to do but watch and worry.
