Re crumbling
cAPS,
perhaps, the many doubters who will now appear here-in, are the real investors in L.T.C.M. who are(vainly) attempting to hold back the flood so that they may be allowed to unwind positions with more grace and less pain.

"Does anyone else hear that loud crumbling sound of the stock market imploding?"

No. But I hear to many people putting faith into a commodity, while neglecting the currency portion and the fundamentals.

Go GOLD Go.
PS: Remember it can come down just as fast. Unless you know WHY Gold is going up, be careful. The basis for going up, may not be enough to keep it up. And the trend may well be a blip. It's easy to know when a company/index/commodity is over valued.
