Bob, A little over a year ago, all of the Black Rock claims were in Dale Runyon's and his family member's names. Now we are told that he is not a main player in Phoenix or Omega. I would think anyone considering this deal should know: A. How much did Dale get from Phoenix Omega for Black Rock. B. Who are the main players with Phoenix Omega. C. What happened to the collateral shares that were held by Phoenix Omega. D. What is in all of the consultant's reports. Just my opinion. Tim
