I firmly believe that the management has gotten the message about keeping the NASDAQ listing.

Although a reverse split is not desirable, it would be less damaging to us than if the company lost the NASDAQ listing. In fact, there would actually be a small positive effect in that some money managers would be able to buy the stock once it got above $3.

VSIN announced that is has repurchased $1 million of the convertible debt and has a 45 day option to buy the remaining $1.3 million. Once the last of the convertible has been repurchased, the threat of significant dilution will be removed.
