Maybe if they come up with a really unique product or service they can. I don't see any rationale behind the value other than that there are plenty of uneducated investors that get the exhilaration being fed by chat rooms like this. It's quite a short timer attitude. If you're a short timer - I guess its the best way to trade. The market knows.... The market corrects...

Just for the record - I get a very strong signal of around 6700-6400 range for the DOW by 10/20/98.
