Sis, I was so intent on the minute by minute stock movement, I missed the news release! Well, guess we're over that hurdle...but noticed the comments..."we would hope to become one family in the near future"...and... "proposed transaction." But assume that's only normal for an acquisition of this nature. Any substantive comments on the acquisition are certainly encouraged here.
