Walter,

I'm inclined to agree with you at this point especially about
the .06 share price.I've come to believe the mountain of debt convert-
ed to shares is what's sitting on this thing . You just can't
get around it-you can only go through it.I think the eps will be lower
than you stated but I still see that as a positive as you have to start somewhere. Some good things are happening at last but the old
problem of convertible debt is still with us.
As for the debt,the only plan I think that will come up near term is just selling product and paying bills. I don't look for them to
take their profits and buy back the last million dollar placement,for
example.They will just split instead when the chance at posting real eps presents itself (maybe a year from now?) and a share count adjusted downward will make the eps look better.Regards,p.b.

Say Walter, you mean you would really pay 30 x SCRH's price?
