Seth, the numbers for converted preferred shares are actually through 9-15-98, I believe. 194 converted prior to 6-30-98, and 115 from 7/1 to 9/15. I could be wrong about the 9/15, but I assume its right because the 10K gives the number of outstanding shares as of that date.

Seth, no I found that 115 had been converted in the "subsequent events" section of the report. I took this to mean after 6-30-98 and up to the time of the filing. Do you think this is correct? ALso, did you call about the fnet card or is there a place on the website? I just looked on the website and couldn't find any info other than the press release there.
