Seth, the numbers for converted preferred shares are actually through 9-15-98, I believe. 194 converted prior to 6-30-98, and 115 from 7/1 to 9/15. I could be wrong about the 9/15, but I assume its right because the 10K gives the number of outstanding shares as of that date. Randy
