Dave <<I hope this irrational pessimism ends soon>> Let the irrational pessimism continue while I keep on picking up equities more cheaply by the week. The Federal Reserve is increasing the money supply and rates are coming down. The US economy is in great fundamental shape. Lower index averages mean less equity risk, less speculation and equities in stronger hands. Buy with both hands now, high quality companies that is and let the irrational pessimism correct itself in a few months. Then when the money pours back into the market it will help float your portfolio to the top of the heap.
