I saw on the Yahoo thread. (sorry, don't have the link, but this was just rolling around in my head the past couple days). The poster said that while lots of good things were heard at Planet, he was dissappointed at the pace and breadth of some implementations discussed there. Apparently they were taking longer than he would've expected, and apparently many companies are not using the product to its fullest potential. BTW, the same post mentioned that HP had a huge presence at Planet. Shane
