Dear Larry - there is no doubt Messrs Roth & House [I might add] were perceived as arrogant. Certainly, shifting blame is not a good thing and even less so to the financial communities who can be instrumental to the company's liquidities [beyond stock offerings, there are also bond issuances.] Having said that, let's hope they have learned their lessons and move on. I don't think it is any more productive to drill on the past. Of course, JMHO. Regarding the letter to the employees, obviously, the intended audience is for the troops, who have been saddled with bad news, layoffs, stock plunge and now bad publicity. My guess is that in this instance, it is not so much about arrogance but about calming the the troops.

best, Bosco
