Tom, I don't think trading has stopped. If it was stopped you would not see a bid or an ask price at all. I think that the MM's just do not want to sell below the current ask price of .0429.

Currently nobody seems to be selling at the current bid price. If the MM's do get someone to sell at bid price of .04, then maybe they will fill your order.

Just my opinion on your question.

I have no idea what is up with the volume today.

Glad you got filled..Glad to see the pressure also..

I just read your post. In the future you might try getting your discount broker(if that's what you have) to do an inquiry after an hour or so..

Large brokerage houses usually get prefered attention of MM's since if there are a few MM's on the stock the broker may send it to another MM next time if they feel ignored..This is my understanding.

An inquiry an hour later has gotten me stock after the price already moved up and I was ignored by the MM on fast movement.
