someone asked a two part question and one part was about Rubin staying on(of course during that one he was making faces)

he didnt answer that and answered the other part of the question

then someone says we can take questions from the press

and CNBC cut away...so dont know if someone is asking it again

Don, the tick is following the index ... you will notice that the delay is about 30 - 60 secs as the players react to the index improvement/deterioration. just my observations
