rico i suppose to some this story is not funny. shurrs shares are being cancelled. shurr was b/d who recieved shares for private placement. where is the money rico? wellrich screams about aznt but shurr was broker who sold this stock. did he take money and run? the stock backed a short. now wellrich solicits for this stock. they need this stock to back short rico. judge says friday 2 pm. friday jb oxford must make immediate margin call and disgorge certificate, collateral, for the 4 million shares. citibank will resolve immediately and cooperate about there 480,000 shares. spider

Fill you in? Why not <LOL>? You appear to be in need of a heads up <LOL>. This is my information <LOL>: Andy Mann, through his attorney provided the court with documents as follows: (1) That he has all the shares as requested by the court and that he is not in violation of any court order ergo no need to force a buy in. THE DTC DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP ASK THE CLERK OF THE COURT. MIKE WAS STUNNED WHEN HE SAW ALL THE SHARES ACCOUNTED FOR, CALL AND ASK HIM. GO ON! (2) That the entire transaction was a sham... (3) If Citibank et al is looking for Andy why not serve his attorney? He is indeed an officer of the Court. (4) How did Andy get covered, ie; he proved to the court that he has all the shares and they seem satisfied? Yes, all the shares! Every single share! Do you remember earlier conversations about the No Bo list? Could that have been part of what Mann's attorney produced yesterday? <LOL>
