All: It's been many moons and many lost Naxos dollars since my last posts. My last thoughts when I left the thread were that Sid Kemp, Russ Smith et al were guilty of securities fraud and should be sued/prosecuted. This latest news proves that things haven't changed.
That Naxos did a private placement just before pulling the plug on its representations is in itself criminal. That they now propose to sell the assets of the company to others is theft. We (all shareholders) already own these assets. At the very least a proposal like this would need a shareholder vote-- and not another shame vote like Sid ran at the annual meeting.

If anyone has any knowledge as to how to pursue legal remedies or approach the NASD regarding fraud, I would appreciate the help.

I already made my choice when I first purchased Naxos. I did not choose to have the company to take this other direction. Your CPM argument holds no weight. Naxos only had Franklin Lake when they came in as investment banker. To think that they are hanging around because of John Jeremy and Sid is pure fiction.

If by chance that is the case, and those guys are so great, why don't they just hire them away? Answer Franklin Lake

Spin off the conventional if it has such great value.

Do not steal from me. Taking Franklin Lake and leaving me the stub? Don't think so. And remember, when the new and current president came in the stock was over $4.00 a share. When the curent investment bankers came in the stock was in the $3 range.
