Ed,

Rotflmao

<<As far as mill personnel is concerned there are two possibilities period. As we said in the Army, either they shape up or ship out. Its plain and simple. No more excuses, evasions delays. >>

So the problem is that the workforce has been screwing up. Now McKay has written a book and if they follow it everything will be ok.

Have you ever heard of a term called management. GPGI needed an insurance salesman to come from Canada to tell them that there was no management at the mill? The answer to this is a manual? Can any one read or think at the mill. I can hear the pep talk already:

If you guys keep doing what we tell you instead of what we want you to do, we will fire all of you. Do you understand?

Ed,

Stop looking for scapegoats and grasping at feeble excuses for the dismal performance of the operation thus far. The Sabin results speak volumes. Why would anyone want to invest in GPGI based on what has transpired thus far. This has nothing to do with Lasers' past or present.

The bottom line is: the 15 tpd plant did not cut the mustard, so why should we expect 50 tpd to be any better. End of story.
