I've seen stupid statements before, but that is beyond my comprehension. If they aren't going to discuss plans for boosting prices, don't publicize the damn meeting in the first place. And, if they do publicize the meeting, don't issue a release like that. Maybe he is trying to say that they are going to extend the cuts into next year, but the way he says it make it sound as though they may not continue the agreement. Am I missing something? Is there some reason why Tellez may want lower oil prices? If there is a language issue, then he should just shut up.
