Jeff,

I did the same thing. I had gotten to 75% cash about 3 weeks ago, and used virtually all of it to buy CSCO at 56 15/16. I feel it goes back to 60+ very quickly, and I will skim to points.

If thy warn, it will drop 10 more points in a hurry, but I just don't see that happening. This risk/reward at this price screams buy in my opinion.

Jeff,

Not to worry. That's what you're supposed to do...buy when everyone else is selling. You'll be fine with your investment. Good move saving some cash to average down - let's hope you don't have to. Uh..well, let's do. I'd like a few more shares as well.
