LE, I guess I was referring to the timing of your posts and their
seemingly ( at the least) cynical flavor. You have indeed called
some baddies right on the button, at least with the information we
have to date. But now it seems you are speculating and with a negative
slant. My read only. As to my guess on 97 earnings , and believe me
it is just a guess as is yours, I'll venture .02/share. I think that is what the market is telling us now. Be interesting to watch what reality proves to be.

You can download 1996's financials now on the website. 1997's are updated also.

LE.....I agree. The float in this stock is a big deterrent for any sustained rallies. If Arif could only realized that he can increase his worth by decreasing o/s. He would lift a cloud of negativity surrounding this stock with this "act of confidence" is his own company. People would consider him a "team" player and support would be given, I'm sure. Why is Arif afraid of losing control of his company? If he demonstrated a leadership role and if he was perceived to be an integral cog in this business plan, people would have a different opinion of him and "losing control" would never be an issue. But, from all appearances, Arif hasn't demonstrated that we can trust him yet, and, therefore the negative overtones still exist. Arif seems to be protecting what he believes "to be his" with the issuance of these additional shares and, in turn, has sabotaged the value of this company in doing so. But, then ,you have to ask yourself, Is there any value there? Today, right now, we just don't know yet.

Little Engine:

Are you hosting the thread's anniversary party November 9th at your place in Chicago or are Brad and Cheryl doing it in Phoenix?

I need to know what type of clothes to pack.

Thanks.
