The RLX(RETAIL INDEX) also set a lower low(below the SEPT 1 lows), but is still not a year-to-date low.

OK - so far we have the following indexes below the SEPT 1 lows:

TRAN
XBD
RLX

In the last 6 minutes the TICK moved up 600 points and the DOW only moved 15 points. Thats costing the BULLs some money and not getting much in return.
