Isn't this deal being financed by a hedge fund? Is it possible there is a liquidity problem there?

By the way, isn't a dividend payment due on the preferred (ROTIP)? They can't just decide they don't wish to pay, can they????

When ROTI went OTC, did their transfer agent change? I only ask because I've been waiting 6 weeks for my ROTIP conversion.
