I really doubt FORE management care about shareholders. They can always print more shares for their spouses or employees. I predict they will re-price their options. Since its IPO, FORE never make any good money. When they have a modest 50 P/E, they will buy someone and a big write-off. C'mon FORE is not CSCO, how could it go on buying. If they refuse to be bought out, FORE's chance is not good.
