you can spin is anyway you want, but the fact that they have "met certain financial conditions" can be seen as nothing else but a positive.

I wouldn't be short on this company with only 5.9 million outstanding, and 3 million out in the float, at this share price.,

I assume that English is not your first language, El Matador. I said that GNET is becoming a real Internet player, not because they have met the financial requirements of full NASDAQ listing (though that is an indication of size and should help GNET get more analyst attention), but rather because they are now, based on page views, a top 30 Internet property. And a very well run one with a sound strategy based on attracting Internet users who meet profiles attractive to advertisers.
