Obviously your internet navigation and searching skills are not up to your claims of other skills. There is a Department of "Computer and Information Sciences" in the College of Engineering. This department is distinct from the Computer Engineering department. It has 2 BS programs (Computer Science, Information Science), a MSE program and a PhD program. I also looked at the faculty list, and recognize 3 from the time when I was there. At the time I was at K-State, the department was in Arts and Sciences, but K-State is just one of several midwestern universities that have moved the CS department to Engineering over the last decade or so. I do not have catalogs back to those years (or ready access to them), so I cannot tell you exactly when certain degree programs were started. I simply was giving you the parts of that I was sure of. >>I tempted to say whatever year you are finally reduced to producing >>some facts from a checkable source... For the average starting salaries for college graduates by profession, you might bother to read newspapers (you know, those that are printed in black ink on large cheap white paper sheets) or magazines (these are usually smaller, around 8.5 x 11, printed partially in color, on better grade paper) each year in May or June when they analyze the prospects of that year's graduating class. A list of the top salary averages is usually part of each such article.
