I was meaning to bring up the annual report I got a few months back. Did everyone see it ? All black, very morose. First line: "1997 was a terrible year for Informix". I was so sad I had to laugh.

OT, of course - I really think anger should be directed not at our guys (Greenspan's a genius - perhaps the government dude who's worth his salt right now ) but at our friends in the far east. As much as I respect them, the Japanese need to have a serious fire lit under their @sses to get their economy jump started. When that happens, things will begin to fall into place.
