I tried to find NCII on EDGAR-Online.com, but could only find them on FREEedgar.com. I am always cautious of companies that want to give you something for free, so I e-mailed EDGAR-Online to check on the affiliation and got this: EDGAR-Online is a private company and not affiliated in any way with Free EDGAR. Our website is edgar-online.com Maybe they are making their money from advertisements. freeedgar.com It is nice to see that NCII is an active filer with the SEC. Many penny stocks are just starting to try to file due to a new requirement.
