Paul, why be mad? Fewer shares outstanding means EPS will be higher equals higher stock price down the road.

When we first heard about this deal, it was a 1-5 reverse split, then one share of each for each share of CSMA. So, I am getting a few less shares...big whoop. If one year from now, those shares are worth $10 or more (in the case of Enviro-tec), I won't care one way or another what happened yesterday.

And I doubt many others will either, Paul.

So if you're trying to foment shareholder revolt, looks like you're failing, Paul.

Rick

Look Paul. I don't own CSMA right now, so I don't have any vested interest to BS here. But this is not a reverse as you describe it. It is a spin off with a concomittant reduction in authorized shares as well.

That reduction essentially makes this a split into two companies with similar percentage relationships between the outstanding and authorized as before the spin off.
