Tim,

Would someone please put the cork back in the bucket. If any more water pours out, I'm afraid we may fall into a R-E-C-E-S-S-I-O-N!

This is the last time I am going for a ride. My f-in nerves can't take this sh-. Next significant bounce up, and I am OUT!

If LU does not move on ASND before OCT 30, I will not hang around to watch the massacre.

Where is Ronald Reagan when we need him most? Or George Bush or Dole for that matter.

Jamie

Tim

Sold my ASND Oct 45 puts today for a double...but I stuck my toes in water with some Jan 50 calls when you got bullish couple a days ago. I can't see it going below 38 nt may buys some deep in the money Jan calls next week, although I hate to go long early in oct.

Market just took a little takeover premium "wind" out of the ASND sails today. LT attractive and we should rebound going into earning next week. Altho Im out of town and need to do more research .

Ciao,

Daniel

PS.

Sure was hard to buy the ASND puts last week but seems like a no brainer now. You were right about the Oct 1 hype being a sure indicator that ASND would tank - everybody has been waiting for this and that's a sure sign that MM's would shake the tree. Let's hope we bounce strongly off 7400 - usually like to buy big on second bounce.

Tim, everything seems so damn cheap because you are relating the "now" prices to the "then" prices! The trick is, you may not see the "then" prices again, or at least not in the near future!

Lack of a strong rebound at the close bodes poorly for the market IMO. We might get the obligatory head fake at the open, but we need a massive capitulation day again before heading significantly higher. The market has broken down technically again, and I think we will break the low of Sep. 1 soon. What does this mean for ASND? Buy more cheap! Regards
