CNBC:Frank Capiello and another fund manager say Monday they will
probably be buying, as they think we are near the bottom, when the
bluest are starting to erode into the sea, like sand castles. The last part
about the castles I added.

they are well within the quiet period....
which means they cannot provide any guidance...
about the financials of the quarter.
