What are the number of shares outstanding? 216 Million shares are outstanding Of these 12 million are in the friendly hands of FAMC and are restricted, 23 Million are in the possesion of one ARET executive and are restricted, another 25 Million are in the possesion of another ARET executive and are also Restricted. An undisclosed Number of restricted shares are in the Hands of Flexwright, Inc. and are also restricted..all these shares are considered to be in friendly possesion Has ARET began the common stock buyback? "NO" The stock buyback will be initiated with cash flow..as cash becomes available, shares will be purchased..A million or better at a time, within the next year it will be completed, (Mr. Shepherd stated he wants the buyback to be completed sooner than later. what is the status of ARETs acquision of First Americans Mortgage company? The acquisition is finalized and FAMC is now a subsidiary of ARET. is ARET considering a reverse split? "NO" this makes no sense! It would benefit no one. have you looked into these strange stock trading patterns? "Yes" I have spoken with the Market Makers, We do not know of the big block seller, Yesterday there was a late purchase of 310,000 shares from an ARET executive and after going through MMs hands it showed up as 910,000 appearing as a big block sell. how did ARET purchase shares of Flexwright Inc? "It was a restricted stock swap for equity" Flexwright now has a Restricted common stock interest in ARET, and ARET now holds Restricted shares of Flexwright, Inc. Through this action Flexwright now recognizes ARET as a Design, Engineering, and construction company. (this will benefit us.) This is a partial report of the conversation I have had with Mr. Shepherd, Lets digest this information and I will Post the rest about Tomahawk , Hydroponics projects, I-35 discussions Etc..Etc..
