My highly uneducated take on whether or not this is a reverse, and if so, what it means.

We know that CSMA was basically trading at 15 cents a share. That being the case, then a share of AdHatters needs to come online at only 90 cents (6x15) to have the same value as a current share of CSMA. EnviroTech would then need to come online at $1.05 a share (7x15) to reflect the same ratio of present "value." Neither of those scenarios strikes me as beyond the pale.

Additionally, there will be less than six million shares or so in each company, unless I'm overlooking something.

Might not that make one or both a ripe take over target for someone in the same business?

Maybe I'm totally obtuse (which we can't completely rule out), but this strikes me as a much better possibility than a solo CSMA trading for the inevitable nickel or less. Or maybe when you're at the bottom of the barrel, the only direction you can look is up? I dunno.

Comments, anyone?
