A mention of ARET from another thread re: NUOA.

Also, is anyone else having trouble with SI right now?

Gary, The facts are: NUOA will carry 6 million shares of FXWA on its balance sheet
along with the warrants. They plan to shop the note for cash. Let's say the $180 million
dollar note is discounted by 50%. That would bring the book value of NUOA over
$2.00 per share. How they invest the cash would determine future revenue streams. The
Tunisian casinos, post deal, belong to FXWA. If the Tunisian casinos fly, NUOA can
reassume control by exercising the warrants. Sanders (FXWA) owns a construction
company. It's likely he will be able to raise financing to build a casino on U.S. soil.
Perhaps on Indian soil as ARET has purchased FXWA shares. I do believe some big
things will occur in the near future. To be on the safe side wait until the financing comes
in. Look at the company and separate that from OTC Communications.
