I can't find a verifiable source for historic NYSE vol. I'd like to find out what it was on 8/31 & 9/1, as 895m sounds like it's getting close. Ken

Volume Comparison Today Aug. 31 Sep. 1 NYSE 895m 915m 1.2b NASDAQ 861m 1.1b 1.4b Test was successful today on point and volume basis but I would have liked to have seen lower volume. Not much room for comfort in the volume arena especially NYSE. But NASDAQ is still 7.6% above low; S & P still 4.9% above low and Russell still 4.5% above low.
